Ronaldo in Good Spirits

Christiano Ronaldo is in great spirits leading up to this years Euro2008 event and feels that Portugal has enough experience this year to win it all. They aren’t the favourites in the tournament, but they did finish in second place last Euro Cup which was in 2004. They had a heartbreaking defeat to the Greek squad last Euro Cup and they don’t want to experience that same feeling again this year.Ronaldo has already been playing exceptionally well this year winning the golden shoe already this year. He said though there is still a ton of energy left in the tank even though he managed to play tons of games already this year. He’s also mentioned he’s very impatient this year and wants to get the action underway immediately.
I suppose it would be good to start as soon as possible for Ronaldo because he’s still feeling the victory with Manchester United and it could help lead into the Euro Cup. The twenty three year old is already experienced so much success in his career and I certainly hope that he can add a Euro Cup victory to that this year. This year they have improved in their qualifying matches which is a good sign, and Ronaldo says that’s due to a great management team and coach.
History can be continued to be laid out for the young Ronaldo and he understands that history takes years to unfold and create not one year. He knows a win this year would help him out laying out his great year and would be icing on the top for him. I can’t wait for the action to begin it will be real soon now!
