Everyone knows that the flip throw in can turn any play from the side lines to a corner kick. Few people have mastered this method, however. If someone who is still learning tries to use this nifty trick to put the soccer ball back into play, then it is better for the defenders to stand clear of the player and the ball. Otherwise, a terrible thing can happen. Check out the throw in disaster in the video below and you will agree with me. I totally love how some people yelled that the hit was intentional and how some other people yelled that the defender should block his face with his hands for protection!

PS: What the heck is the referee trying to do by climbing on top the poor kid?

    I never though this method of throw in is allowed in a soccer match. But it hasn’t been used in a professional league match yet. I’ve seen this before but from an amateur match. But that must have been some impact on the player. Pity him.

    Well the guy who was trying to block it did the right thing he just has to rember to turn around duh……
