Manchester United became the first team last night to qualify for the 2008-09 Champions League final. With an unbelievable performance and 2 quick goals in the span of 3 minutes in the first 15 minutes of the game (the 8th and 11th minutes) to take an early lead at Emirates Stadium, Man U sealed the victory and reached the Champions League final for the second year in a row. Now, they have to wait for their opponent which is going to be one of local rival Chelsea or Barcelona’s Spaniards; honestly, I would love to watch a final between Manchester United and Barcelona because it would be awesome to watch the tilt between modern soccer’s best two active best players, i.e., Cristiano Ronaldo (he scored two goals against Arsenal one from a well taken free kick) and Lionel Messi. We are going to have to wait another day before we know which of the two teams will join Manchester in the final. In the meantime, enjoy the below video of highlights and all the goals from the Arsenal versus Manchester United game.
